Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at EVM Nissan, located in Malappuram. The Service Advisor will oversee customer service operations, focusing on delivering excellent aftersales support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring all customer queries are addressed in a professional and timely manner. Additional responsibilities include coordinating service appointments, providing updates to customers, and working collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
Effective Communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
Knowledge and experience in Aftersales coordination and operations
Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using service management tools and software is a plus
Educational background in a relevant field and prior experience in a customer service or automotive service role are preferred
