Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Malappuram. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, overseeing the resolution of customer issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to provide effective solutions, analyzing customer feedback to improve services, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in customer relationship management
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in excel and other relevant tools
Analytical skills to assess customer feedback and improve services
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
