This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to Shaadi.com members for service support and renewals. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. - Manage call records and maintain CRM system updates. - Drive customer retention through personalized service. Eligibility Criteria: - Languages Required: Fluent in Punjabi (mandatory), along with Hindi and English. - Experience: Minimum 6 months in Outbound Customer Service or Customer Support. - Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th pass). - Joining Bonus: Rs.5,000 (paid in first month's salary; applicable till 29th May 2025).
