Job Description

**Job Description:** You will require a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering along with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office. Your role will involve understanding the clients" requirements, estimating project efforts, and negotiating to secure projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum 3-4 years of BIM experience in Pinnacle. - Prepare technical questionnaires based on client requirements and provide effort estimates for project proposals. - Experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and shop drawings for Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection services in various countries. - Analyze customer tender requirements and technical specifications. - Effective communication skills for client interactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office. - Experience as a System Engineer or similar role. - Knowledge of databases, networks, patch management, firewalls, VPNs, troubleshooting, system security, and data backup/recovery. - Familiarity with operating systems, platforms, backup/recovery software, and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills. *Note: The JD does not include any additional details about the company.*,
