Job Title:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Overall 4 - 8 years of experience
in Server Management Administration.
Hands-on experience in
server installation, maintenance, and decommissioning
(physical and virtual servers).
Strong Linux OS operations experience
(SUSE preferred).
Experience with at least one cloud platform:
Azure, GCP, or AWS
.
Good understanding of
SUSE Pacemaker clusters
, including troubleshooting cluster issues.
Knowledge of
ITIL best practices
for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Expertise in
DNS configuration
(forward and reverse lookup zones).
Ability to configure and administer
SAMBA, AUTOFS, CIFS, FTP, Users/Permissions
.
Experience in
installing, upgrading, and patching SUSE Linux servers
.
Ability to provide
knowledge transfer
to L2 support teams.
Excellent communication skills
(written and spoken English).
Proven ability to stay updated with
latest trends and technical advancements
.
Team player
with strong collaborative skills.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
Willingness to travel for project requirements.
Ability to map
business needs to technical solutions
.
Passionate about
SAP technologies
, enthusiastic to learn and grow.
Business travel
may be required depending on project needs.
