Automation and Test Engineer

We are looking for an Automation and Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in automation tools, quality assurance practices, and programming, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize basic knowledge of tools such as SailPoint and ServiceNow to support integration and automation efforts within the organization.
• Implement and manage low/no-code automation tools, with a preference for Tosca, to facilitate testing and deployment processes.
• Demonstrate strong prompting skills to effectively gather requirements and communicate with stakeholders during project discussions.
• Conduct basic QA tasks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications.
• Develop and maintain high-code automation solutions using Python (mandatory) to automate testing and other processes.
• Utilize familiarity with Node.js to support application development and integration tasks.
• Engage with autonomous AI tools such as LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks to enhance automation capabilities and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SailPoint and ServiceNow tools.
• Proven experience with low/no-code automation tools, particularly Tosca.
• Strong prompting skills to facilitate effective communication and project requirements gathering.
• Basic QA skills and understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Expertise in Python is mandatory, with experience in developing automation scripts and tools.
• Familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools such as LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high-code automation tools and frameworks.
• Additional programming languages or automation frameworks knowledge is a plus.
