Server Engineer L1

Role Overview: As a Server Engineer L1, your primary responsibility will be to monitor server and system health, perform basic troubleshooting of Windows/Linux server issues, provide support for hardware-related incidents, install and configure server components, respond to service tickets, assist with server backups and restore operations, maintain inventory records of server equipment and data center assets, document procedures and resolutions, support patching and firmware update activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
