Monitoring Team (VMware VCF Support)

As a member of the Monitoring Team specializing in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) support, your role involves providing expert-level technical assistance to resolve complex customer issues related to VCF. Your responsibilities include: - Offering expert technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to address intricate customer issues effectively. - Conducting thorough troubleshooting and analysis of VCF components like vSphere, NSX, YSAN, and SDDC Manager. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. - Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, which includes troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. - Participating in the development and implementation of proactive measures to improve VCF stability and performance. - Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implementing preventive measures. - Mentoring and assisting junior support engineers by offering guidance on technical matters and best practices. - Engaging with product development teams to report bugs, suggest enhancements, and contribute to product improvement. - Keeping abreast of the latest VMware technologies and certifications to uphold a high level of expertise. Qualifications required for this role: - Any Graduate The job location for this position is CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai). Total experience between 1 - 2 years in VMware cloud is preferred. Certification: - VMware certified professional/ Advance professional in Data centre/ Cloud / Network.
