Job Summary:
We are seeking an SEO/AEO Content & Community Specialist to optimize technical content for modern search patterns and manage community engagement across multiple platforms. This role focuses on Answer
Engine Optimization, traditional SEO, and building strong community relationships to drive organic growth for E2E.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize content created by AI Engineers for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and featured snippets
- Implement SEO strategies for blogs, tutorials, newsletters, and technical content
- Manage and engage communities across Discord, Slack, and Reddit
- Monitor and respond to technical queries and discussions in community channels
- Track Reddit threads and industry discussions for engagement opportunities
- Analyze content performance and search visibility metrics
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to ensure content meets optimization standards
- Develop organic growth strategies through community building and content optimization
Required Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in SEO with knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Strong understanding of technical content optimization and search algorithms
- Experience with community management across Discord, Slack, Reddit platforms
- Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written communication and community engagement skills
- Understanding of AI/tech industry trends and terminology
- Data-driven approach to content optimization and community growth
