SEO Team Lead

What You'll Own:

• Lead the SEO strategy for multiple D2C brands (content, technical,on-page and off-page)
• Take ownership of

  client communication, reporting, and roadmap planning

• Perform in-depth

  keyword research and competitor analysis

• Coordinate with writers and designers to

  delegate content and creative tasks

• Conduct regular

  technical SEO audits

  and collaborate with dev teams for implementation
• Build custom

  Looker Studio dashboards or similar tools

  for performance reporting
• Plan and manage

  off-page SEO

  including backlink strategy and outreach
• Own KPIs like organic traffic, organic revenue, rankings, conversion rates, and content velocity

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency/D2C experience preferred)
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, schema, site structure)
• Familiarity with Shopify and optimizing eCommerce stores
• Proficient with

  tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console

• Skilled in

  Looker Studio

  or similar for custom client dashboard creation
• Excellent verbal and written communication (client calls, team syncs, brief writing)

💡 Bonus if you have:

• Hands-on experience with

  basic HTML/CSS

  for SEO fixes
• Worked on CRO, page speed optimization, or eComm AOV/LTV strategy
• Leadership/management experience handling junior SEO teammates
