About the Role Studio APS is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing creative team. We're a performance marketing agency helping D2C brands scale profitably with strategic creatives and data-backed campaigns. From jewelry to fashion to skincare — we make brands stand out with design that sells. If you're great with design tools, understand eCommerce aesthetics, and can communicate clearly with clients, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Design compelling creatives for Meta/Google ads, emails, and organic social posts Work in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Create and manage monthly content calendars for client brands Coordinate directly with clients to understand briefs, feedback, and revisions Bonus: Create motion graphics or edit short-form videos Maintain structured design reporting and asset organization Required Skills 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (eCommerce/agency experience is a plus) Strong understanding of layout, color, type, and digital design principles Hands-on with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling multiple accounts Good communication and client-handling skills Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro/After Effects is a bonus Perks Work with growing D2C brands across India Collaborative team culture with creative freedom Growth opportunities into motion/video/creative direction roles 📍 Location: Kolkata (Hybrid preferred, Remote for the right candidate) 🕒 Type: Full-time 💼 Experience: 1–3 Years 🎯 Domain: D2C, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle About Studio APS We’re a performance marketing agency that helps D2C brands grow profitably through media buying, creative strategy, and conversion-focused design.
