SEO Team Lead - (Male)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic SEO Team Lead who is passionate about driving organic growth and building high-impact SEO strategies. If you have 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, enjoy taking ownership, and want to make measurable contributions to digital success, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies that maximize search visibility and organic performance.
• Handle all aspects of SEO including technical optimization, on-page improvements, and off-page/link-building strategies.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and website audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor, analyze, and improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — content writers, developers, designers, and marketing managers — to execute SEO best practices.
• Build and maintain high-quality backlinking campaigns that align with brand reputation.
• Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry practices to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SEO team members, interns, or consultants.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably across diverse domains or industries.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, content-driven SEO, and link-building tactics.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
