SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost organic traffic and generate inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to ensure published content adheres to SEO best practices, including on-page and technical SEO optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to improve search engine rankings.
  • Set up and manage SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead conversion rates.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to enhance user experience and search visibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proven expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical) and performance marketing.
    • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of website optimization, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementation.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Hands-on experience collaborating with technology teams to integrate SEO best practices into content and product development.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Strong communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and present performance reports.
