Seo Specialist

Were on the hunt for an SEO Specialist to join our phenomenal company! This position will work in collaboration with our marketing team based in the US to support and execute our SEO Strategy, with a focus on conducting keyword research, performing search intent analysis, and assessing SEO performance, as well as creating engaging SEO content to drive organic traffic and rankings.

This role involves identifying key trends, analyzing user behavior, and providing actionable insights that guide content creation and improve overall search engine performance. The ideal candidate will be to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-driven content, such as blog posts, that aligns with keyword strategies, enhances organic search visibility, and engages our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior and market trends
• Identify growing SEO trends around topics of focus and upcoming opportunities in alignment with the product marketing strategy
• Assess common user needs groups on top pages of Google SERP for defined topics of interest
• Pitch potential user needs categories for content execution, providing actionable recommendations
• Identify and analyze user groups, ranking content topics and formats, competitor content, engagement data, and performance metrics
• Provide detailed insights into audience preferences, helping refine content strategies
• Track user engagement and behavior across key landing pages and report on the performance of SEO-driven content
• Develop net new content based on SEO strategies and research, ensuring alignment with targeted keywords and user needs
• Optimize existing blog content and website pages (including keywords and meta data) to enhance organic performance and search rankings
• Coordinate with cross-functional marketing teams, including Product Marketing and Creative, to produce SEO content

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Proficiency in data analysis, user segmentation, and audience behavior patterns
• Experience in identifying and analyzing SEO trends and content performance metrics
• Detail-oriented approach to work with a commitment to transparent communication
• Ability to conduct competitor analysis and keyword gap assessments
• Deadline-driven team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on SEO
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
• Ability to implement SEO techniques and execute SEO-specific content outlines
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Contentful)

Job Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years of experience supporting SEO analytics and content writing
• Proficient in English
• Aggressive learner / self-starter
• Exceptional writing & editing skills, especially long-form content
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices
• Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
