We are seeking a WordPress Specialist who can develop and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on SEO best practices. The successful candidate will work closely with our SEO team to ensure that all websites are optimized for search engine performance while maintaining high usability standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Implement on-page SEO strategies like optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content for better search engine rankings. Work with the SEO team to ensure the websites follow best practices for technical SEO (e.g., mobile optimization, site speed, and schema markup). Install and configure SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath) to improve website visibility. Collaborate on website redesigns, ensuring they meet both SEO and user experience standards. Troubleshoot issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and overall site functionality. Conduct performance optimization for speed and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices. Regularly monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Stay updated with the latest WordPress and SEO trends to implement new optimization techniques. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development and customization. Solid knowledge of SEO principles and techniques, including on-page and technical SEO. Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Yoast SEO, and RankMath. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom website development. Experience with website performance optimization, including speed and mobile optimization. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot WordPress and SEO-related issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
