Job Description

Role Overview:

As the SEO & Performance Marketer at Healthville, you will lead our full-funnel digital marketing strategy—from driving top rankings on Google SERP to converting high-intent leads through data-driven paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

1. Develop and execute both on-page & off-page SEO strategies to boost Healthville’s website rankings.

2. Conduct keyword research relevant to wellness, lifestyle diseases (like diabetes, PCOS, obesity, etc...)

3. Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content to drive organic traffic.

4. Build high-quality backlinks through partnerships, forums, and guest/web 2.0 posting.

5. Track and report key SEO metrics like organic traffic, ranking keywords, and domain authority.

Performance Marketing (Paid Campaigns):

1. End-to-end campaign planning & execution on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Platforms, LinkedIn, True-Caller, Quora and other platforms.

2. Analyse and optimize Ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI).

3. Devise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings into future campaign activities and robust platform campaign strategy.

4. Advanced understanding of marketing execution channels and ability to use them effectively to generate awareness, build brand eminence, and transform qualified leads.

5. Supervise quality control of the marketing database system for efficient campaign delivery and remove bounce/spam rates.

6. Utilize various analytic and targeting systems to analyse and troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance.

7. Implement and monitor conversion tracking through GTM, GA-4, and UTM parameters.

8. Perform wrap-up analysis reporting, pulling in various sets of performance data and metrics (SEO/SEM/SMM/PPC)/ and recommend best practices for future campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools:

1. Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, GA4, and GTM.

2. Manage and optimize the lead lifecycle using CRM tools—track, segment, and nurture leads through every stage of the funnel.

3. Leverage CRM insights to improve campaign targeting, monitor lead behavior, and ensure timely follow-ups that enhance conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or any marketing field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
