Job Description

1. Social Media Manager / Strategist - Bangalore

highly creative Social Media Strategist/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & execute social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Curate & manage daily content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Plan campaigns, influencer marketing & brand launches.
Collaborate with design/creative teams for engaging content.
Drive influencer partnerships & co-created content.
Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, CTR, growth) & optimize.
Stay updated with trends & social-first ideas.

Requirements:

5+ years of social media/digital marketing experience (agency background preferred).
Strong creative, communication & analytical skills.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEM tools.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or related field.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement SEO strategy (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
Plan advanced link-building campaigns using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Pitchbox.
Monitor & analyze SEO performance (Google Analytics, GSC, Moz, Screaming Frog).
Collaborate with content teams for SEO-optimized content.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes & adapt strategies.
Lead & coordinate with agencies/team for SEO execution.
Leverage AI-powered tools for SEO & link-building automation.

Requirements:

5+ years of SEO & Link Building (1–2 years leadership exp).
Strong command of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, GSC, Screaming Frog).
Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications.
Proven success in driving organic growth.
