• Develop and execute a modern SEO strategy aligned with Googles evolving AI Overview (SGE) and search engine algorithms.
• Optimize websites for both traditional organic ranking and AI-powered generative search visibility.
• Conduct advanced keyword research and SERP intent analysis, including SGE panel placements and AI snippets.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Frase, Clearscope, etc.) for content audits, optimization, and SEO execution at scale.
• Audit and improve site architecture, crawlability, page speed, and Core Web Vitals in collaboration with the development team.
• Lead link-building initiatives and off-page strategies aligned with Googles guidelines.
• Monitor and report performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and internal dashboards.
• Prepare insightful presentations for top management with actionable SEO recommendations and monthly progress reports.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, AI updates, and algorithm shifts, and proactively adjust strategies.
  

Requirements

Required Skill Set:

SEO Expertise:

• 10 - 15 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with B2B or content-rich websites
• Advanced knowledge of Googles Search Generative Experience (SGE) and AI-driven search features
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with schema markup, indexing, and rendering concepts

AI & Automation Tools:

• Working knowledge of SEO-enhancing AI tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Frase, Jasper, NeuronWriter, ChatGPT)
• Experience using automation tools like Screaming Frog, GPT-based plugins, Google Sheets with API integrations for reporting

Tools & Platforms:

• Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint for reporting and presentation

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for C-level reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
