Job Description: Require a proactive and responsible On-Site Project Supervisor to manage exhibition booth installations and related on-ground activities. The ideal candidate will have strong client handling skills and experience in supervising on-site teams to ensure timely and quality project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site execution of exhibition stalls/events and ensure adherence to design and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to manage daily tasks. Handle client communication and updates during setup, execution, and dismantling phases. Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with the office/project head. Ensure safety, discipline, and efficient resource use on-site. Requirements: 34 years of experience in supervising on-site project setups (preferably in exhibitions/events/interiors). Strong client interaction and people management skills. Graduate in any discipline. Willingness to work flexible hours based on project demands. Knowledge of basic reporting and use of mobile apps for updates is a plus.
