Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the companys entire accounting operations and leading the finance team. The Accounts Manager oversees bookkeeping, statutory compliance, audits, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy, discipline, and efficiency within the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, ledger, and reconciliation.
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records in accounting software (Tally / SAP / ERP).
  
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  
• Review journal entries, vouchers, and ensure proper documentation.
  

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, guide, and supervise a team of accountants and finance executives.
  
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of accounting work.
  
• Train team members on accounting processes, GST/TDS filing, and reporting formats.
  
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and identify areas for skill improvement.
  
• Maintain coordination between accounting, billing, purchase, and HR/payroll teams.
  
• Ensure accountability, accuracy, and discipline in all team operations.
  

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare month end report and other MIS reports,
