Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize

  advanced black hat SEO campaigns

  targeting global and competitive travel markets
• Lead and manage SEO operations including

  PBN management, cloaking, automation, link networks,

  and strategic exploitations
• Leverage tools like

  Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Majestic SEO

  , and others for performance tracking and strategy shifts
• Work closely with development, content, and paid teams to

  synchronize efforts

  and maximize traffic funneling
• Constantly monitor search engine behavior, algorithm updates, and

  penalty trends

  to stay one step ahead
• Provide

  data-backed performance reports

  and present growth strategies to stakeholders

• Mentor and lead junior SEO executives

  , building a high-performance digital marketing function
• Identify new SEO loopholes and test scalable, innovative tactics before they become mainstream

Requirements

• 8–12 years of SEO experience

  , with a strong

  focus on black hat

  strategies over the last 4–5 years
• Proven track record of

  delivering high-volume traffic

  and ranking success, especially in the

  travel or international markets

• Expertise in

  technical SEO

  , including server-side cloaking, schema manipulation, web automation, and backlink engineering
• Experience managing

  link pyramids

  , PBNs, and large-scale link building operations
• Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.
• Strong

  analytical, strategic, and leadership skills

  ; comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related fields

• Highly autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable with

  aggressive growth targets
