As an SEO Lead at Elephant in the Boardroom, you will play a crucial role in driving measurable business results for Australian and international clients by implementing AI-powered insights, data-driven strategies, and performance-focused execution to convert organic traffic into revenue, leads, and tangible ROI. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor the SEO team, plan campaigns, review work, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution. - Develop and implement organic growth strategies that directly generate revenue, including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content-led initiatives. - Conduct site audits, migrations, and redesign support to maximize search visibility and conversions. - Optimize websites for high-quality traffic and conversions, ensuring crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, mobile-first performance, and speed. - Perform keyword research, content planning, and optimization focused on revenue-generating search intent. - Track and report SEO KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue. - Stay updated on trends like AI/LLM-powered SEO, AEO, GEO, voice search, and zero-click SERPs. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure SEO drives measurable business outcomes. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-7 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting. - Proven track record of driving revenue through SEO, emphasizing results over rankings or traffic. - Strong technical SEO expertise, on-page/off-page optimization, and content strategy. - Experience in leading a team and managing multi-client campaigns with measurable outcomes. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Passion for keeping abreast of search trends, AI-driven SEO, and performance-driven marketing. - Must be located in Chennai and available for immediate joining.
