Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO to join our team at our Lucknow office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies and techniques, along with excellent communication skills to interact with international clients — especially from the USA.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO audits.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, etc.).
• Execute off-page strategies including link building, guest posting, and outreach.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Prepare and present SEO reports to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and digital marketers to achieve SEO goals.
• Communicate directly with US-based clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert SEO consultation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with e-commerce websites (Shopify experience is a plus).
