Job Responsibility

An SEO Executive plays a key role in boosting a website’s search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. Their responsibilities include conducting keyword research, optimizing website content and structure, performing on-page and off-page SEO, tracking performance through tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and ensuring compliance with the latest search engine algorithms. They collaborate with content and development teams to implement best SEO practices, helping the brand gain visibility, authority, and higher conversions online.

**Job Title : SEO Executive

**Responsibilities:**

• Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct research to identify relevant keywords related to real estate, such as property types, locations, or market trends. Optimize website content and listings by incorporating these keywords to improve search engine rankings.
• On-Page SEO: Assist in optimizing various on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and images for real estate listings, ensuring they are aligned with SEO best practices.
• Content Creation & Blog Writing: Support the content team by writing SEO-friendly blog posts, property descriptions, or neighborhood guides that target specific search queries, while highlighting unique selling points of the real estate properties.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor websites and their SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improving the real estate website’s performance in search engines.
• Link Building & Outreach: Help with building backlinks by reaching out to local directories, real estate blogs, and industry-related websites, contributing to the website’s domain authority and search engine visibility.

**Requirements:**

1. Basic Knowledge of SEO Principles: Understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and content strategies.

2. Familiarity with SEO Tools: Experience or willingness to learn SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for analyzing website performance and keyword rankings.

3. Strong Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content, including property descriptions, blog posts, and other online copy for the real estate sector.

4. Attention to Detail: Capability to analyze website content and make precise improvements, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and enhances user experience.

5. Interest in Real Estate Industry: A general interest or background in real estate trends, market dynamics, or property listings to create relevant, targeted content and understand the industry’s unique needs.
