Job Description: We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive to join our IT company for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in On-Page & Off-Page SEO , with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends. Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization strategies. Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking for better search rankings Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues related to crawling, indexing, and site speed Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices. Coordinate with content writers and developers to implement SEO-friendly content. Requirements: 1-3 years of SEO experience , preferably in an IT company. Strong knowledge of On-Page & Off-Page SEO techniques . Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools . Understanding of technical SEO, site speed optimization, and schema markup . Ability to analyze data and make data-driven SEO recommendations . Excellent communication and reporting skills.
