We're Looking For

We’re on the lookout for a multi-talented SEO & Digital Marketing Expert who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a passion for impactful content creation. You’ll be working alongside creative and development teams to lead organic growth, content strategy, and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and traffic analysis
• Manage and optimize Google Search Console and Analytics
• Create and oversee engaging, keyword-rich content in collaboration with the content team
• Run data-driven digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads – optional)
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on traffic, rankings, and conversion rates
• Coordinate with developers and designers for SEO best practices
• Stay updated with search engine trends and algorithm changes
• Manage and grow the brand’s online presence organically

Tools & Skills You Should Have

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb etc.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, GSC, and Tag Manager
• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, and website structure
• Excellent grasp of content marketing principles
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, backlinks, and site audits
• Bonus: Experience with paid ads, email marketing, and basic video content creation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing
• Strong communication, reporting, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
• Must be based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Angamaly
• Available to work on-site full-time (with optional hybrid flexibility up to 4 days/quarter)
