If you can confidently discuss keyword rankings, backlinks, and technical SEO wins, and you enjoy being the bridge between clients and the SEO team, this role is for you.


You’ll be the friendly face of our agency for 30+ clients, ensuring they feel informed, heard, and excited about their SEO growth.


Key Responsibilities


Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Communicate with clients daily via WhatsApp, Slack, or Email.
  • Ensure no client goes 48+ hours without hearing from us — even if it’s just a check-in.
  • Send structured M-W-F updates to clients, highlighting SEO progress, rankings, and wins.
  • Respond to all client/team messages within 10 minutes during shift hours (acknowledgment counts).
  • Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in every message.


Video Updates (Loom)

  • Send weekly Loom videos summarizing SEO progress, wins, and next steps.
  • Record and send monthly performance review Looms, walking clients through reports.
  • Keep videos clear, structured, and confident (no rambling).


Client Onboarding

  • Share welcome email, collect logins/access, and set clear timelines.
  • Schedule onboarding calls and walk clients through deliverables.


Internal Coordination

  • Communicate client requests clearly to the SEO team and follow up until completed.
  • Maintain tracker for:
  • Updates sent
  • Looms shared
  • Follow-ups pending
  • Client concerns or red flags


Proactivity & Ownership

  • Act as the “Client Happiness Manager” - spot early signs of disengagement.
  • Suggest improvements to communication, reporting, and processes.
  • Ensure weekly & monthly Looms and reports are delivered on time.


What We’re Looking For

✅ Mandatory: 3+ years of SEO experience - you must understand on-page SEO, backlinks, content optimization, and GSC reports.


✅ Excellent written & spoken English — clear and confident communicator.


✅ Strong organizational skills — can manage 20+ client accounts without missing updates.


✅ Tech-savvy (Slack, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Loom, Ahrefs/SEMrush).


✅ Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented — keeps clients happy.
