SEO & Content Execution Specialist

HOW TO APPLY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO Execution

• Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, internal links, headings, image optimization)
• Monitor indexing, crawl issues, schema, and page experience
• Execute technical SEO fixes in Webflow CMS or coordinate with dev
• Track performance via GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs

Content Production & Publishing

• Draft long-form content using AI-assisted workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude)
• Format and publish content to Webflow with proper structure and CTAs
• Ensure SEO and reader optimization (keyword targeting, clarity, engagement)

Distribution & Calendar Management

• Maintain a content calendar across blog, LinkedIn, email, and micro-content
• Repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts and newsletter snippets
• Schedule and post content (manually or using tools like Buffer or Notion)

Off-Page & Outreach

• Submit to curated directories, manage link-building follow-ups
• Track backlinks and mentions
• Support editorial outreach from a provided list or playbook

Community Monitoring

• Monitor relevant Reddit, Slack, and LinkedIn groups for conversations or distribution angles
• Flag engagement opportunities or trends for the team
• Support basic brand or founder presence in relevant communities

AI & Search Evolution Awareness

• Use GPT-based tools for content ideas, optimization, and speed
• Stay updated on AI-first search platforms (Perplexity, ChatGPT, You.com)
• Suggest ways to structure content for visibility in AI-overviews and zero-click SERPs

Reporting & Documentation

• Track keyword rankings, traffic, indexed content, and backlinks
• Maintain logs and content performance dashboards in Notion or Sheets
• Provide light-touch monthly reporting

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in SEO, content ops, or growth roles (agency or in-house)
• Excellent written English; capable of polishing and structuring long-form content
• Proficient with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, Webflow, Notion, ChatGPT
• Familiarity with B2B or SaaS content and ICP-driven messaging
• Strong organization, async communication, and bias for action
