Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager is located in Erode. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on home loans, and ensuring a seamless loan application and disbursement process. Daily tasks include client consultations, documentation review, loan application processing, and addressing customer queries. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and striving to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of home loan products and loan processing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Sales and marketing skills with a focus on achieving targets
• Familiarity with financial documentation and regulatory processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
