Senior/Lead Visual Designer – Miracle of Mind We're looking for a Senior/Lead Visual Designer to own and drive the visual design and art direction for our product, ensuring every touchpoint is crafted with excellence and intention. Role Overview As a Senior/Lead Visual Designer, you will be the driving force behind all things visual design and art direction for Miracle of Mind. You’ll establish and evolve the visual identity, ensuring it resonates across multiple digital touchpoints—from the app’s UI, motion, and interactions to marketing assets and campaigns. Beyond execution, you’ll play a key role in critiquing work, elevating design quality, and influencing stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and impactful design language. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Illustrators, Engineers, Contractors and Content Strategists, shaping the app’s look and feel while maintaining a balance between aesthetics and usability. What You’ll Do Lead the visual design strategy , ensuring a cohesive and compelling design language across UI, motion, branding, and digital experiences . Define design principles, typography, color systems, and art direction that align with the brand’s essence. Set the creative vision for immersive storytelling, motion-based interactions, and product experiences . Design high-fidelity visuals, UI components, and interactions that enhance usability and delight users. Work on prototyping animated and interactive experiences using motion design to elevate engagement. Provide thoughtful critique and feedback to internal designers, elevating the visual and experiential quality. Advocate for best practices in typography, composition, and branding while balancing innovation and clarity. Create visual assets across digital channels —including in-app UI, onboarding flows, animations, social media, and landing pages. Adapt and scale design systems across various digital platforms. Use tools like Figma, After Effects, Principle, Lottie, or other prototyping tools to create interactive and motion-based experiences . What We’re Looking For Deep expertise in visual design foundations —typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color. Strong art direction capabilities , with a track record of elevating visual quality across digital products. Experience designing for various digital touchpoints , including mobile, web, and marketing . Motion design & prototyping experience —ability to create interactive, animated experiences for product UI. Hands-On and Execution-Focused - someone who thrives in execution , creating high-fidelity visuals, interactive prototypes, and motion-driven experiences. You’ll be in the trenches, designing, refining, and bringing concepts to life Ability to critique design work effectively and provide clear, constructive feedback . Strong storytelling abilities —using visuals to create an immersive and engaging experience. Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, or similar motion tools . 6+ years of experience in visual design + branding + product design , preferably in a digital-first environments. Bonus : Understanding of 3D, generative design, or immersive experiences . Ability to collaborate with developers on Lottie, WebGL, or interactive animations . Why Join Us?
