Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Workday HCM Reporting Analyst at Flywire, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global People Team by providing data-driven insights and storytelling to aid in decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining custom Workday reports, ensuring data integrity, responding to reporting requests, troubleshooting issues, and supporting key People Team cycles such as performance management. Your role will require strong Workday reporting skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication with stakeholders to provide actionable data insights. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and calculated fields - Ensure data integrity through routine audits, validation, and efficient data collection and storage - Respond to reporting requests from People teams, business users, and leadership within established service level agreements (SLAs) - Resolve issues related to report functionality, access, and delivery to maintain accurate reporting - Create and maintain documentation for report specifications, run instructions, and reporting governance processes - Provide reporting support during key People processes, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and mass data loads - Build and maintain EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) for data imports and exports - Compile data into easy-to-read dashboards and presentations using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides Qualifications: - 7+ years of relevant experience - Strong Workday experience and HRIS knowledge - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI - Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Understanding of People processes, metrics, and compliance - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Curious, innovative, and eager to learn new tools and methods Please note that the above Job Description is based on the provided information and may be subject to change based on the company's requirements.,
