Senior Workday Functional Analyst

You will be joining a forward-thinking organization that is partnering with a leading medical device client to enhance HR processes and employee experiences through technology. As a Senior Workday Functional Analyst, your primary responsibility will be configuring Workday modules, specifically focusing on Recruiting, HCM, and Security, to provide comprehensive HR solutions for the enterprise. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to design workflows, dashboards, and career site configurations to ensure efficient HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, and Security. - Establish Recruiting workflows including assessments, background checks, interviews, and offers. - Manage job requisitions, postings, and career site layouts. - Integrate electronic signature tools like Adobe Sign for seamless processes. - Document configurations and provide guidance to HR teams. - Work with stakeholders to implement system enhancements. Qualifications / Required Skills: - 8-12 years of Workday functional experience, particularly in Recruiting and HCM. - Proficiency in UI/dashboard configurations and workflows. - Knowledge of Workday security roles and career site branding. - Workday PRO certifications or formal training would be advantageous. - Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
