Senior WordPress Developer.

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in WordPress development. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress sites for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.

2. Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong understanding of WordPress core, including functions and hooks.

- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

WordPress APIs and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.

- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git (preferred).

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with other content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or Joomla.

2. Knowledge of web security best practices.

3. Experience with performance optimization techniques.

4. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- This is a full-time position based at our Wakad, Pune office.
