Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Wellness Manager based in Kolkata. The Senior Wellness Manager will oversee the spa's wellness programs, manage customer relations, ensure wellness initiatives are effectively implemented, and maintain operational excellence. The person will also be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating daily activities to ensure a premium experience for all clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the management team to refine services and maintaining high standards of communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Health & Wellness management expertise
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in operational planning
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Wellness, Hospitality, or related fields

Remuneration

• Upto Rs 40K per month depending upon candidate’s profile & experience. Incentives extra.

Working Hours

• 6 days a week. Timings 11 am-9 pm
