Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wellness Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Kolkata location. Senior Wellness Manager will oversee daily spa and wellness operations, manage wellness programs, ensure high-quality customer service, and implement health and wellness initiatives. Responsibilities also include managing day to day operations with highest level of hygiene & cleanliness standards of the facility, coordinating staff schedules, and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Wellness and Wellness management practices
• Strong Customer Service skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Experience with managing financial plans
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Wellness Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field

Remuneration

• Upto 35K per month with incentive as extra

Working Hours

• 11 am-9 pm ( One day off in a week)
