Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Senior Wellness Manager at Thai Odyssey Spa and Skin Care. The Senior Wellness Manager will oversee health and wellness programs, manage customer service operations, ensure exceptional client experiences, and support employee wellness initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, planning wellness activities, leading the spa team, and maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Wellness programs
• Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to enhancing client experiences
• Expertise in Wellness and the ability to foster a positive team environment
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and collaborate
• Experience in managing financial aspects of a wellness facility
• Proven leadership experience in the spa or wellness industry
• Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in wellness, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage

Remuneration

• Upto Rs 40K/ month and sales incentives depending upon experience and qualification. Experience in wellness industry will be a plus.

Working Hours

• 11.00 am- 9.00 pm ( One day off in a week)
