About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer (WordPress) to lead our website revamp and create a high-performing, modern digital experience. You’ll take full ownership of our WordPress platform — from design fidelity to Figma and Core Web Vitals optimization, to building scalable landing page frameworks and ensuring technical SEO excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the WordPress website revamp with pixel-perfect Figma implementation.
• Build a Landing Page Factory for quick, reusable additions.
• Own and optimize Core Web Vitals (CWV) – LCP, CLS, INP, image pipelines (WebP/AVIF), font preloads, async/defer scripts, and critical CSS.
• Implement structured data (JSON-LD) for Organization, Service, WebPage, FAQ, BreadcrumbList, Article, and VideoObject.
• Set up tracking and analytics integrations: GA4, GSC, GTM, and connect forms with HubSpot/Calendly for smart routing.
• Maintain SEO hygiene with correct canonicals, robots.txt, and staging controls.
• Collaborate on website security posture – headers, updates, backups, and least-privilege access.

Must-Haves

• 5–7 years of hands-on WordPress development (custom themes, block editor).
• Proven Core Web Vitals optimization experience (show real improvements).
• Strong experience with JSON-LD, GA4/GTM/GSC integration, and API-based form routing to CRMs.
• Solid development hygiene – version control, staging, and CI/CD familiarity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,459.04 - ₹80,614.44 per month
