Senior Web Developer

As a Technical Lead at RankRizers, your role will involve leading the technical strategy and vision for the company to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will oversee the development of scalable web architectures using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js. Your responsibilities will also include managing and guiding a team of developers, providing mentorship, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features will be a key part of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the technical strategy and vision for the company - Overseeing the development of scalable web architectures using the MERN stack and Next.js - Managing and guiding a team of developers, providing mentorship, and ensuring high-quality code delivery - Designing and developing responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ensuring cross-device compatibility - Implementing and managing backend services and serverless functions on Azure and AWS - Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Git, Git Flow, and GitHub Actions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features - Conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices to maintain a high standard of development quality - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure performance, scalability, and security of all applications - Staying updated on emerging technologies and integrating AI and LLMs into the platform where relevant Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), with Next.js - 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams - Fluent knowledge of modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS - Solid understanding of backend development, particularly with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB - Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, especially Git, Git Flow, and GitHub Actions - Strong experience working with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and serverless architecture - Proven ability to create scalable web architectures and optimize for performance - Experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices - Strong focus on clean, maintainable code and performance optimization - Interest or experience in working with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements,
