Job Description

Job location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad Key Job Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and assist with seating. Take food and drink orders accurately. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations. Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure correct dishes are delivered to the right guests. Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction. Preparation & Setup: Set up tables with cutlery, glassware, and napkins. Prepare condiments, drink stations, or buffet setups. Refill supplies as needed throughout service. Cleaning & Maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently. Clean dining areas, floors, and equipment. Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Cash Handling (if required): Process payments using POS systems. Handle cash, credit cards, and issue receipts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff. Communicate special requests or allergies to the kitchen. Skills Required: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure in busy environments Attention to detail and good memory Basic math skills for handling payments Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
