Role & responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, explain specials, and make food or beverage recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly. Serve food and drinks efficiently, following hotel service standards. Ensure tables are properly set before guests arrive and cleared/cleaned after service. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or complaints. Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance the guest experience. Handle billing and payments using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times. Follow all food safety and sanitation policies and hotel operational procedures. Assist in room service, banquet events, or buffet setups as needed. Cooperate and coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations. Attend daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols. Be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel requirements. Preferred candidate profile
