Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Voice and Video Administrator based in New Delhi. The Senior Voice and Video Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining voice and video communication systems, ensuring seamless operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing communication infrastructure. Daily tasks include configuring and monitoring voice and video systems, providing support to end-users, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system performance.
