Senior Visualizer

Role & Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts for digital, social, and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Create high-quality visuals including static creatives, social media graphics, ad campaigns, presentations, and brand assets.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer in an agency or creative setup.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in digital campaigns, branding, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Motion graphics / video editing skills are a strong plus.
• Eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
• Ability to think conceptually and present ideas effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
