Senior Visual Communication Designer

Things to Know Before Applying:

• The role is for a candidate with a minimum experience of 1.5 years of experience in a design/advertising agency (if you do not possess relevant experience as of now, you may apply for other roles as and when available). A maximum experience of about 4 years
• If your total experience exceeds 3 years, please apply to our other roles as and when available
• The experience criteria is for candidates who have completed a communication design/BFA/B. Des degree only. If you haven't been to design school, a higher experience may be needed.
• This role needs experience in branding, packaging, poster designing. Experience in developing ad campaigns is an added bonus.
• This role will include brand strategy. Please do apply only if brand strategy interests you.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing creatives, concepts, logos, package designs and other graphic elements
• Developing visual guidelines for diverse brands
• Determine how best to represent a concept visually
• Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theater, television, or film set
• Ideating and executing campaigns for any medium
• Liaising with printers, copywriters & clients
• Interpreting a brief
• Guiding and training other team members
• Adhering to a respective brand's visual guidelines

The candidate must:

• Be fluent in English
• Have a minimum of 1.5-3 years of agency-based work experience
• Be a Photoshop & Illustrator pro 
• Have an art school or related degree 
• Be experienced in both print & digital mediums
• Have a portfolio that includes branding and advertising projects

*This role is for a minimum of 1.5 years of experience (excluding internship experience)
