Job Description

Student Counseling:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students about studying in New Zealand.
Guide students on course, university, and city selection based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capability.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or online).

Application Assistance:

Assist students with university applications, documentation, SOPs, and admission procedures.
Coordinate with universities and colleges in New Zealand for offer letters and admission updates.

Visa Guidance:

Explain New Zealand student visa requirements and assist in preparing visa files.
Ensure all visa documentation is complete and compliant with immigration regulations.

Follow-Up and Support:

Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate student records and track counseling activities in CRM or internal systems.
Report weekly and monthly progress to management.

Marketing & Events:

Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutions in New Zealand.
