You’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging videos, social media content, brand campaigns, and digital designs that align with NEON SHARK’s creative direction. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality videos, reels, and motion graphics for marketing and social media campaigns. Design graphics, posters, thumbnails, and other visual assets following brand guidelines. Transform raw footage into compelling video stories with clean editing, pacing, and transitions. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop visual concepts. Stay updated with the latest design and video trends, tools, and techniques. Ensure all outputs maintain brand consistency across different digital platforms. Skills & Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of video editing, color grading, and motion design. Creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong sense of visual aesthetics and design composition. (Bonus) Basic knowledge of sound design or 3D animation.
