From planning reels to writing captions to executing paid campaigns — if you think in swipe-ups, scrolls and storylines, we’re looking for you. 🧠 What You’ll Do Plan and manage monthly content calendars Write crisp, engaging captions, copy & reel scripts Research trends, audio, and brand tone directions Collaborate with designers, editors & strategy team Work on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts Draft content for ads, landing pages, carousels, etc. Assist with paid ad campaign copy + audience targeting Contribute ideas for meme marketing, storytelling, creative series ✍️ What You Should Bring1–2 years of experience in social media or content writing (freelancers welcome too) Strong command of English + Hindi Good grasp of social platforms + trend formats Clear sense of tone, emotion, and storytelling Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, etc. Bonus: Basic video editing, AI tool knowledge, or ad targeting skills 🎯 What We Value clear thinking, fast execution Creative ownership, not just task-following People who care about building real brands — not just making content ✉️ To Apply:Send your resume or sample work to info@neonshark.co.in
