Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues for a seamless customer experience. - Stay updated on market trends and collaborate with internal teams for timely solution delivery.
