Detailed job description:

Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g Derma care)
Recruit Train develop a team of Associate vets, paravets and handlers.
Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for health care management for Pets.
Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India.
Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India.
Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets.
Solve for primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India.
Manage operational levels quality and serviceability of outlets.
Audit reviews and adherences to protocols processes workflows in the city.

Skill and Competencies:

Strong people management and inter-personal skills
Vendor management and supplier/brand associations
Pricing, catalogue management, offering, customizations.
Training and development.
Leading and developing teams.
Quality Audit Review
Customer connect, drive customer delight.

Experience requirement:

7+ years’ experience in Veterinary practice
3+ years’ experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare.
Experience in small animal practice 3+years
Pet Parenting experience.
