Now, we’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our talented team in Chandigarh and help us create world-class digital experiences. The Opportunity Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for user-centered design? As a Senior UX/UI Designer , you’ll take the lead in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications. You’ll also mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, while working closely with our global teams, developers, and product owners to deliver exceptional solutions. What You’ll Do Lead the design of high-quality, user-centric experiences for our clients across diverse industries. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to translate user stories into intuitive and functional designs. Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Stay at the forefront of design trends and ensure Talink remains an industry leader in UX/UI design. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and guiding junior designers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
