Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and guiding junior designers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
